We will then thoroughly investigate your concern. Please supply as much information as you can. This site is not an official Court site not afilliated with any site maintained by Class Counsel or the Trust. This site has been established for informational purposes by private attorneys and is intended to assist legitimate claimants in obtaining benefits under the National Settlement Plan.

Trust Integrity Program:
The Trust Integrity Program has been established by attorneys as part of an effort to ensure the payment of legitimate claims.
The Trust Integrity Program has several goals:
- To ensure the prompt payment of legitimate claims;
- To protect claimants from the Trust's arbitrary and capricious practices in violation of its fiduciary duties;
- To ensure that the Trust follows the Settlement Agreement;
- To recoup funds from the Trust for failure to pay legitimate claims; and
- To refer illegal or unethical conduct of the Trust, auditors and Trustees to law enforcement or licensing authorities where appropriate.
- To gather information about Echocardiograms done under the Trust Screening Program
