Trust Integrity Program:

The Trust Integrity Program has been established by attorneys as part of an effort to ensure the payment of legitimate claims.

The Trust Integrity Program has several goals:

  • To ensure the prompt payment of legitimate claims;
  • To protect claimants from the Trust's arbitrary and capricious practices in violation of its fiduciary duties;
  • To ensure that the Trust follows the Settlement Agreement;
  • To recoup funds from the Trust for failure to pay legitimate claims; and
  • To refer illegal or unethical conduct of the Trust, auditors and Trustees to law enforcement or licensing authorities where appropriate.
  • To gather information about Echocardiograms done under the Trust Screening Program

If you have information about an Auditor or Trustee you can tell us here. To learn more about the auditor of your claim click here. If you have information to add about a claim you have had with an auditor, whether it is a good or bad experience, please email us at auditorsinformation@nblawfirm.com. Our office is collecting claim information about auditors to assist claimants in collecting on their legitimate claims.
