Wyeth announced today that U.S. District Judge Harvey Bartle III of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania extended the stay of national diet drug claims processing through July 21 in order to allow Wyeth and the National Class Counsel and counsel representing individual class members to continue negotiating terms of a proposed Seventh Amendment to the National Diet Drug Class Action Settlement.
